Climate training programme

The Sustainable Markets Initiative has convened subject matter experts from across the public and private sectors along with non-governmental organisations to develop climate-based training that can help support government officials (and others) responsible for delivering climate-related projects and the implementation of Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs).

The training programme outlines best practice in a varied and wide-ranging number of areas, encompassing topics that include energy transition, finance, insurance, contracting and procurement, local communities and indigenous rights, nature-based solutions, and many others.
